Thai Ground Turkey Stir Fry

Thai-Inspired Ground Turkey Stir-Fry withBasil and Peppers

Stir-Fry Sauce Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
Couple Dashes of Salt & Pepper
3 Gloves of Garlic chopped

Whisk together all the above ingredients
Set aside for later

The Ingredients:
Half an Onion, cut into slivers
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 Small Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into strips
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2-3 Cloves Garlic, cut in slices (for seasoning the oil)
2 Cups of Chopped Basil
1.5 lbs of Lean Ground Turkey

Heat the pan for about a minute,
Add the 2 Tbsp of oil and heat for another minute
​Add the slivers of garlic to the oil, cook the garlic until fragrant, remove the garlic & throw out
Add the onion slivers & bell peppers strips to pan, Cook for 2-3 minutes, Remove from the bowl
Add another tbsp of oil and the ground turkey
Once ground turkey is fully cooked
Add the vegetables back and cook for a minute
Add the basil, cook until it wilts
Add the stir fry sauce into the pan
Cook for a few more minutes

Rice Side Dish (if desired)
Make two cups of white rice
In a pan add a small can of corn
2/3 cup of green onion chopped
three eggs
Add the cooked rice
Mix all together in the pan
Add a couple dashes of salt, pepper, soy sauce and siraracha sauce
(All to taste)
Once eggs are fully cooked and the dish taste as you'd like, turn off pan and serve
